“Spit You Out” è la traccia numero 3 di “Black Traffic”, quinto album del gruppo “Skunk Anansie”. Uscito nel 2012, questa canzone è il terzo singolo dell’album. Gli Skunk Anansie sono un gruppo inglese, la cui immagine è generalmente associata alla cantante e band-leader Skin(Deborah Dyer), nota tra l’altro per la sua abitudine di portare i capelli completamente rasati. Il gruppo si è formato nel 1994 e si è sciolto nel 2001, per poi riformarsi nel 2009. Questo è il secondo album dalla loro réunion.
