“Pull Me Under” è la traccia numero 1 di “Images and Words”, secondo album del gruppo “Dream Theater”. Uscito nel 1992, questa canzone è il primo singolo estratto dall’album. I Dream Theater sono un gruppo musicale progressive metal statunitense, fondato a Boston nel 1985 da John Petrucci(chitarra, cori), John Myung(basso) e Mike Portnoy(batteria, percussioni, voce d’accompagnamento). Nonostante alcuni cambiamenti di formazione, i tre componenti originari sono sempre stati presenti nel gruppo fino all’8 settembre 2010, giorno in cui Portnoy decise di lasciare il gruppo. James LaBrie è la voce del gruppo dal 1991. L’album “Images and Words” vinse il disco d’oro negli Stati Uniti e si piazzò alla posizione numero 61 della classifica Billboard 200 vendendo complessivamente 2 milioni di copie nel mondo.
