“Superstitious” è la traccia numero 1 di “Out of This World”, quarto album del gruppo “Europe”. Uscito nel 1988, questa canzone è il primo singolo estratto dall’album. Gli Europe sono un gruppo hard & heavy svedese. Hanno venduto circa 20 milioni di copie in tutto il mondo. La formazione storica è composta da Joey Tempest(voce), John Levén(basso), John Norum(chitarra), Mic Michaeli(tastiere), Ian Haugland(batteria). Dal 1986 al 1992 ha fatto parte del gruppo anche Kee Marcello(chitarra). Il brano “Superstitious” ha un ritmo moderato e una melodia orecchiabile e allegra, con le tastiere sempre in primo piano che in alcuni punti sembrano richiamare le melodie aggressive di “The Final Countdown”, il terzo album del gruppo.
