“Perfect” è la traccia numero 2 di “The First of a Million Kisses”, album d’esordio del gruppo “Fairground Attraction”. Uscito nel 1988, questa canzone è il primo singolo estratto dall’album. I Fairground Attraction erano una pop band acustica britannica. Il gruppo era formato da Eddie Reader(voce), Mark E. Nevin(chitarra acustica e elettrica), Simon Edwards(Guitarrón) e Roy Dodds(batteria). Il singolo “Perfect” ha raggiunto la prima posizione nella “UK Singles Chart” il 14 maggio 1988 e ci è rimasto per una settimana. Ha inoltre raggiunto il numero uno in Sud Africa e in Australia. “Perfect” ha vinto il premio per il miglior singolo ai “BRIT Awards” del 1989.
