“I’d Love to Change the World” è la traccia numero 3 di “A Space in Time”, ottavo album del gruppo “Ten Years After”. Uscito nel 1971, questa canzone è il primo singolo estratto dall’album. I Ten Years After furono un gruppo rock inglese attivo tra il 1965 ed il 1973, anno in cui il chitarrista e vocalist Alvin Lee abbandonò la band. Il resto del gruppo era formato da Chick Churchill(tastiere), Leo Lyons(basso) e Ric Lee(batteria, percussioni). I Ten Years After appartengono alla stagione d’oro del blues-rock inglese. “I’d Love to Change the World” è forse il brano più conosciuto dei Ten Years After, dove convivono chitarra elettrica e chitarra acustica.
