“Kickstart My Heart” è la traccia numero 5 di “Dr. Feelgood”, quinto album del gruppo “Motley Crue”. Uscito nel 1989, questa canzone è il secondo singolo estratto dall’album. I Motley Crue sono stati un gruppo heavy metal statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles nel 1981. Il gruppo è formato da Vince Neil(voce), Mick Mars(chitarra), Nikki Sixx(basso) e Tommy Lee(batteria). La band ha ottenuto ventidue dischi di platino e dieci dischi d’oro. “Dr. Feelgood” è il primo album della band a raggiungere la prima posizione nella Top 200 Billboard americana.
