“What’s Up” è la traccia numero 3 di “Bigger, Better, Faster, More!”, album d’esordio(e unico) del gruppo “4 Non Blondes”. Pubblicato nel 1992, questa canzone è il secondo singolo estratto dall’album. I 4 Non Blondes sono stati un gruppo rock statunitense attivo dal 1989 al 1995. I primi membri del gruppo furono la bassista Christa Hillhouse, la chitarrista Shaunna Hall, la batterista Wanda Day e la cantante Linda Perry. Prima della pubblicazione dell’album, la Hall fu sostituita da Roger Rocha alla chitarra, mentre Dawn Richardson sostituì la Day alla batteria. “What’s Up?” raggiunse la posizione 14 nella Billboard Hot 100 ed ottenne il disco d’oro, ma raggiunse posizioni più alte nel resto del mondo, raggiungendo la vetta in Germania e la posizione numero 2 in Inghilterra, Italia ed Australia.
