“High and Dry” è la traccia numero 3 di “The Bends”, secondo album dei “Radiohead”. Uscito nel 1995, questa canzone è il terzo singolo estratto dell’album. I Radiohead sono una rock band inglese proveniente dall’Oxfordshire, formatasi nel 1985. Hanno venduto circa 30 milioni di dischi in tutto il mondo. Karma Police riscosse un buon successo commerciale, piazzandosi all’ottavo posto nella “UK Singles Chart” e al quarantunesimo posto nella “Modern Rock Tracks”. La band è composta da Thom Yorke(voce principale, chitarra ritmica, pianoforte), Jonny Greenwood(chitarra principale, tastiere), Ed O’Brien(chitarra, voce armonica, cori), Colin Greenwood(basso, tastiere) e Phil Selway(batteria, percussioni, cori).
