“Dreamer” è la traccia numero 5 di “Crime of the Century”, terzo album del gruppo “Supertramp”. Uscito nel 1973, questa canzone è il secondo singolo estratto dall’album. I Supertramp sono un gruppo rock britannico nato nel 1970. La formazione originale era composta da Rick Davies(voce, pianoforte, armonica a bocca), Roger Hodgson(voce, chitarre, tastiere), Richard Palmer(voce, chitarra elettrica, chitarra folk, balalaika) e Robert Millar(percussioni, armonica a bocca). Hodgson abbandona il gruppo al termine del 1982. Il disco “Crime of the Century” fu il primo del gruppo ad entrare nella classifica dei primi 40 dischi più venduti in America e, nel 1977, dopo l’uscita di “Even in the Quietest Moments...” ottenne anche il disco d’oro.
