“The Ghost Of You And I” è la traccia numero 2 di “The Constant”, quarto album del gruppo “Story of the Year ”. Uscito nel 2010, questa canzone è il terzo singolo estratto dall’album. Gli Story of the Year sono un gruppo musicale statunitense, formatosi a St. Louis (Missouri) nel 1995. La band nacque inizialmente col nome “67 North”, ma fu quasi immediatamente cambiato in “Big Blue Monkey”, nome che mantennero fino al 2002. Dopo essersi accorti che esisteva già una band blues chiamata “Big Blue Monkey”, scelsero di cambiare nuovamente il nome con “Story of the Year”. La band è formata da Dan Marsala(voce), Ryan Phillips(chitarra solista), Philip Sneed(chitarra ritmica, piano, cori) e Josh Wills(batteria). Gli Story of the Year vengono identificati in ambito internazionale come uno dei maggiori esponenti dei generi post-hardcore, alternative rock, metal punk e post-grunge.
