I Green Day sono un gruppo musicale pop punk statunitense, formatosi a Berkeley nel 1987 e composto da quattro membri: Billie Joe Armstrong(chitarra e voce), Mike Dirnt(basso e voce secondaria), Tre Cool(batteria) e Jason White(chitarra). Tre Cool sostituì l’originario batterista Al Sobrante nel 1990, il quale abbandonò la band a causa dei suoi impegni nello studio.
